Complaints policy

Here at Arrow Removals we always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers at all times. However, we recognise that occasionally be times when a customer may not feel completely satisfied.

As soon as possible after the job completion, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

If you feel you are not entirely satisfied with the service you have received, please then contact us as soon as you can which will allow us to attempt to rectify any problems immediately:

We will aim to respond within 2 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, we will also provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader, we use Ombudsman Services Ltd for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and you wish to refer the complaint to them, please contact Which? Trusted traders in the first instance on 0117 981 2929.
